Dr Ang Peng Hwa is a professor at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University, teaching media law and policy. He is one of the three vice-presidents of CASE and also Chairman of the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore. His teaching and research interests combine law and communication, touching on internet law and policy, censorship, and the social impact of media. A lawyer by training, he worked as a journalist before going on to pursue a Master’s in communication management at the University of Southern California and a Ph.D. in the mass media at Michigan State University. 


Alfred Tan

With close to a decade of experience in Public Relations & Marketing Communications, Alfred was previously the Senior Brand Manager for CNP Cosmetics & Cremorlab under Cosmeceutical Inc.and presently the Marketing Lead for LG Household & Health Care’s Luxury Beauty Division in Singapore, taking care of the two major luxury beauty brands – The History of Whoo & SU:M37°. Uma Rudd Chia is an award-winning creative director, best selling author and a global keynote speaker. Over the past decade, Uma has held regional and global roles at leading advertising agencies in Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore. With over 60 keynotes on technology, innovation, she has graced the stages of 9 countries and engaged over 100,000 people. Uma is the founder of The Female Idea movement, a platform that advocates the need for more women leaders in the creative arena. Anthony Lim

Principal Consultant, Asia Pacific, Fortinet

Anthony has nearly 20 years professional experience as a cybersecurity pioneering professional, advocate and business leader in the Asia Pacific region, and is competent in many various aspects of cybersecurity, his recent and current pursuits being application security, cloud security, SCADA /ICS /OIT and Smart/Safe cities. Anthony is a long-time popular public speaker and content contributor at many business, industry, academic and government /defense conferences and media (print, broadcast, internet) in the region, and interviewed often on Singapore TV News.  He has been a presenter at all 3 annual editions of the prestigious RSA Conference APJ (2013-2015), a guest and adjunct instructor at several universities (Master’s Degree) and Singapore Polytechnic (final year) on matters of cybersecurity and governance, and was an inaugural member of IBM’s Asean Cloud and Smart Cities committees.

Denise Keller is a presenter, producer and director. The Singaporean talent started her career as a host on MTV, but she is best known for her award-winning work on TLC and the Discovery Channel. Her on-air performance at Discovery earned her the Best Presenter Trophy at the Asian Television Awards. Today, she has launched a new content production company that strives to produce broadcast level content for brands in the travel, wellness and beauty space. Whether it’s a social media campaign, advertising campaign or television documentary, Denise brings her own personal touch to help brands tell their story on screens big or small.

Mong Chin, otherwise known by her online moniker, Mongabong , is a beauty, lifestyle influencer from singapore. She’s a beauty junkie and enjoys sharing her love for everything beauty through her instagram images, short videos and makeup tutorials on Youtube. In early 2012, he started his own agency which was later purchased by the Dentsu Aegis Network. Co-founder of NOC and proud wife of Ryan, Sylvia is a competent leader whose selfless contributions brought NOC to its heights today.
